Xtool smoke purifier

The image shows an air filtration unit placed beneath a sturdy black table. The unit is white with a black top and is connected to a flexible black hose that extends upward. The hose appears to lead to a laser cutter (not visible in this specific image). There are electrical cords connected to the filtration unit, and it is positioned on a smooth concrete floor. This air filtration system is likely used to extract fumes and particles generated during the laser cutting process, ensuring a cleaner and safer workspace.

The Xtool Smoke Purifier filters and removes smoke, odours, and harmful particles generated during the laser cutting, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

The purifier features a multi-stage filtration system, including pre-filters, HEPA filters, and activated carbon filters, which work together to capture fine particles and eliminate toxic fumes.

However, the pre-filter quickly gets blocked up and is expensive to purchase. It is possible to hand wash the filter, and I do this by placing a few filters at a time in a bucket of hot water in a sink. I fill the bucket with water, move the filters up and down, squeeze out the water and place them flat to dry. It is remarkable how dirty these items can get. I plan to install an exhaust system through my garage roof and use an inline fan to expel smoke.
