Instructions
Step 1. Prepare the required materials - Acrylic: Choose the acrylic colours to match the item and use a protective film if required. Black - base, two sides, rear and Batman's cowl. White - eyes. Cream - face. Step 2. Set up the design file in your software - download the project design file from the source link supplied on the project page. - Unzip the file to access the SVG. - Load the SVG into your laser cutting software. Step 3. Prepare laser cutter settings - Do not adjust the design size. - Set the appropriate laser parameters: - Cut: Specify power and speed for clean cuts. - Refer to the laser cutter manual for recommended material settings. Step 4. Run the laser cutter - Position the material evenly on the laser bed. - Run the cutting process. Step 5. Clean up after laser cutting - For Acrylic: Remove any protective film from the materials after cutting. Step 6. Carefully assemble the design - Use appropriate acrylic adhesive to assemble the item: - Use suitable clamps to secure the item while the adhesive dries. That’s it — you’ve completed Batman Desk Organiser! It’s now ready to be displayed and enjoyed.
