Detailed instructions
Note: the project should be cut from 3mm materials. Step 1. Get your materials ready - Plywood: Choose stains or dyes to be applied after laser cutting to enhance the natural wood texture. - Acrylic: Clear acrylic to allow the money to be seen, and use a protective film if required. Step 2. Download and prepare the design file - download the project design file from the source link located on the project page. - extract the downloaded file to access the design. - load the design into your laser cutter software. Step 3. Set laser parameters for cutting - Set the appropriate laser parameters: - Cut: Specify power and speed for clean cuts. - Refer to the laser cutter manual for recommended material settings. Step 4. Proceed with laser cutting - Place your chosen material onto the laser bed surface. - Run the cutting process for all required pieces. - Consider adding a few extra middle layers to allow more money to be stored in the money box. Step 5. Finish and clean cut components - For Plywood: Wipe smoke marks away with a slightly damp rag. If you still need to, apply the wood stain or dye. - For Acrylic: Remove any protective film from the materials after cutting. Step 6. Assemble the cut components - Use appropriate adhesives: - Wood Glue for plywood. - Use an appropriate glue to join the acrylic to the plywood. Nice job finishing Feline Fortune keeper money box!
