Instructions
Note: the project should be cut from 3mm materials. 1. Prepare the Materials - Plywood: Choose stains or dyes to be applied after laser cutting to enhance the natural wood texture. - Acrylic: Clear acrylic to allow the money to be seen, and use a protective film if required. 2. Prepare the Design File - Download the design file from the source link provided on the project page. - Unzip the file to access the design. - Load the design into your laser cutting software. 3. Set Up the Laser Cutter - Set the appropriate laser parameters: - Cut: Specify power and speed for clean cuts. - For the material-specific settings, refer to your laser cutter’s guidelines. 4. Use the Laser Cutter - Place your material on the laser bed. - Run the cutting process for all required pieces. - Consider adding a few extra middle layers to allow more money to be stored in the money box. 5. Following Laser Cutting - For Plywood: Wipe smoke marks away with a slightly damp rag. If you still need to, apply the wood stain or dye. - For Acrylic: Remove any protective film from the materials after cutting. 6. Assemble the Pieces - Use appropriate adhesives: - Wood Glue for plywood. - Use an appropriate glue to join the acrylic to the plywood.
